| HS1 high speed 1(icon on) |
 |
1.Check fuse or Swap Fuses
2.Replace board-relay stuck |

1.Check fuse or Swap Fuses
2.Replace board-relay stuck |
| LS1 Low speed 1(icon on) |
 |
1.Check fuse or Swap Fuses
2.Replace board-relay stuck |
| LS2 Low speed 2(icon on) |
 |
1.Check fuse or Swap Fuses
2.Replace board-relay stuck |
| H1 (Heater) |
 |
1.Possible optical coupler
2.Check heater connections
3.Check voltage to heater
4.Check amperage
5.Heater relay stuck open |
| H2 (Heater) |
 |
1.Follow same procedures for H1 error
2. H2 relay stuck open |
FLO
(Error happens when spa wants to heat but it cannot get enough pressure to activate heater) |
 |
1.Check filter for possible clogging - Remove
2.Check spaside programming
3.No water flow -Motor overload, pump not running
4.Check pressure switch by jumping; if error goes away
then replace switch;if it stays bad pigtail or board
5.Move black wire to COM connection on relay - force power to verify unit activates
6.Check pump for clog |
| BLO (Blower) |
 |
1.Check connections
2.Check blower fuse
3.Check spa side configuration
4.Move black wire to COM connection on relay - force power to verify unit activates
5.Blower needs replacing |
| HILI (Overheating) |
 |
1.Reverse sensors (heater and water), compare the two temps, within 3deg.
2.Check spa side date code
3.Filtering too long.
4.Compartment temp to high
5.Let water cool down and reset system
6.High limit (overheat) |
| 23F / 24F |

|
1. Hi Limit problem-replace sensor
2.Connection on board bad
3.Spaside software problem - replace spaside
4. Can be a communication problem. Disconnect connections on board (remote, L.E.D., Com). After each see if error goes away. Begin plugging items
back in. Issue will be the part that recreates the error. |
| 03S or 03 (Ozone sensor) |

|
1.Replace sensor |
| 03U or 03 (Ozonator) |

|
1.Replace Ozonator |
| CP (Circ Pump) |
 |
1.Heet pump may be faulty
2.Relay on board may be stuck
3.Check wiring |
| CS (Current Sensor) |
 |
1.Current sensor problem - replace CS board |
| F1 or F2 (Fuse 1 or 2) |

|
1.Replace fuse |
| HC (Heater Coil) |
 |
1.Possible heater problem
2.Relay on board stuck |
| HP (High Voltage) |
 |
1.High Power coming into spa. |
| ICE |
 |
1.Temp below 50 degrees-no control over spa until 60 degrees
is reached. |
| BJ2P |
 |
1.Blower purge cycle-will run for 1 minute at 10am &
at 6pm (old software) or 1 minute at 10am only (new software) |
| LP (Low Power) |
 |
1.Low voltage coming from power source |
| LB (Light Bulb) |
 |
1.Problem wtih Light |
Pb (Power Board)
BUS (Mis-communication) |

|
1.Miscommunication between spaside and circuit board
2.Can be a communication problem. Disconnect connections on board (remote, L.E.D., Com). After each see if error goes away. Begin plugging items
back in. Issue will be the part that recreates the error.
3.Follow these steps below:
Pb Issues: If you have a Pb error code on the screen
with a “Green” board, which will render the spa inoperable
or if you have what I call a silent Pb error on a “Blue”
board where the stereo, remote and lights are inoperable, you need to
follow this basic procedure to ensure that the problem gets corrected
the first time.
1) Never turn off the power to the spa. Identify what
the source of the problem is before you turn it off. After the problem
is found and everything is operating, you will want to shut off the
system to re-sync the both lights.
2) Start with the Spectra-Glo light. Unplug this from
the Digi board and then see if problem cleared. If not...
3) Unplug the Digi Board from the LED port. Check if
problem cleared. If not…
4) Unplug the stereo from the Comm port. If the spa
is equipped with the optional “Spa-Linc” system, unplug
it at this time and check to see if problem is cleared. If not…
5) Unplug the remote.
I would estimate that 99.9% of the errors will
be cleared by following this step-by-step. Don’t jump ahead.
